Iraq flights announced

Flights to Iraq are to take off from Birmingham Airport. Sweden's Aer Olympic, which already serves Iraq from Gatwick, will operate weekly flights on an alternate basis to the cities of Erbil and Sulaymaniyah via Stockholm.

Flights depart Birmingham every Tuesday at 08.15, serving Erbil and Sulaymaniyah on alternate weeks. The new route offers the Midlands’ Iraqi-Kurdish population a direct link to the region.
