Emirates to boost Dubai capacity
07.07.10
Emirates is to use a larger Boeing 777-300ER plane on one of its two daily services between Birmingham Airport and Dubai. The move means both of its daily flights on the route will be operated by the larger aircraft, and will boost passenger capacity by 22%, or 78 extra seats per day.
An Emirates spokesman said: ‘The use of this larger aircraft, along with the opening of a new dedicated airport lounge facility, reaffirms our commitment to our operation from Birmingham.’
