bmibaby launch Madrid flights

bmibaby launched flights from Birmingham Airport to Madrid, the Spanish capital, yesterday. The budget airline is the only carrier to fly to Madrid from the West Midlands.
The new 4 services a week route will operate on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, throughout this winter flights season, expanding to 6 flights a week during the summer, when the airline will also launch flights to Krakow in Poland and Milan in Italy.
David Hodge, bmibaby's commercial director, said: 'We are delighted to launch another new route from Birmingham International. Madrid is a fantastic city ideal for both leisure and business passengers.'
