easyJet launch flights from Birmingham

easyJet launched its first ever route from Birmingham Airport yesterday. The new daily flights to Geneva offers the region's travellers access to the stunning city which is also gateway to some of the biggest and most popular ski resorts in the world, at fares from £22.99 one way including taxes.
Passengers checking in for the inaugural flight were greeted by Joe Kelly, Managing Director of Birmingham Airport, and Andy Campbell, easyJet airport manager, who officially opened the route. They presented the first passengers to check in for the flights with a gift of two free flights to the airline's next new destination from Birmingham - Grenoble, which launches on December 22.
Birmingham is the 14th UK airport to be added to easyJet's network and takes the total number of airports the airline serves across Europe to 79.
