Birmingham NEC
The Birmingham NEC (or National Exhibition Centre) is the busiest exhibition centre in Europe, staging more than 180 exhibitions each year, ranging from world-famous public shows such as Crufts Dog Show and the British International Motor Show to international trade exhibitions like IPEX and Spring Fair, Birmingham.
With 20 halls totaling 190,000 square metres (two million square feet) it is also the biggest exhibition centre in Britain and seventh largest in Europe and up to four million people visit the centre each year.
Also at the NEC is the 'NEC Arena', which is the venue for regular concerts featuring the worlds top artist's and bands.

Getting to the birmingham nec from the airport: use the 'air rail link' - a shuttle bus that runs between Birmingham International train station and the airport every 10 minutes. The journey takes about 2 minutes and is free. Then walk across the 'covered bridgelink' which connects the station to the NEC.
