Cadbury World Birmingham
Located near Birmingham city centre, off the A38, Cadbury World is the only purpose built visitor centre in the UK devoted entirely to chocolate.
During a visit to Cadbury land one can learn about the history of chocolate, view chocolate making, take a ride through an enchanted chocolate wonderland and of course taste some chocolate. There is also an out door adventure play area.
This high calorie exhibition and tour was opened in 1990 and has been regularly extended and improved since then.
How long will the visit to cadbury world last?: to walk around the exhibition takes about 1 ¾ hours. Then there is the Cadbury Collection Museum, which takes about another 30 minutes. Plus there's a play area, two shops, a restaurant, a snack bar and a picnic area. In total, visitors spend an average of 3 hours on site.

Getting to the cadbury world birmingham from the airport: First go by train: from the Birmingham International Interchange station to Birmingham New Street station. The journey time is 10 - 15 minutes and puts you in the city centre.
Next head for Bournville station. The station is served by the Cross-City Line (southern section), from New Street Station. Bournville station is a fifteen minute stroll from Cadbury World, and has ramps for wheelchair access on the southern exits.
